Assists in governing the pool operations and clubhouse rental.
Assist in recommendations for improving the lake, fountain, fish life, gazebo, and entrance monument.
Reviews quarterly financial statements, prepares annual budget, and monitor capital reserve funds for replacement and to review and monitor agreements with third-party vendors.
Reviews homeowner requests for improvements such as decks, patios, fences, sheds, satellite dishes, etc. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for request approvals.
