Swimming Pool Rules

  • Pool will open May 27 through September 4, 2023

General Rules & Regulations

Pool use is a privilege granted to Members of Meadowlake HOA and a maximum of 2 guests per household. All associated HOA fees must be paid in full or will result in your key deactivation.

  • All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. The Association assumes no responsibility for any accidents or injury in connection with such use or for any loss or damage to personal property. Persons using the pool area agree not to hold the Association liable for any action.
  • Members are responsible for their actions and the actions of their children and guests. The responsible Member is liable for any damage to property in the pool area by a Member or Guest.
  • The HOA is not responsible for personal items left behind at the pool. Items may be discarded without notice.
  • All Children (and Guests) are required to be accompanied by an Adult HOA Member. (16+ years old)
  • No one with cuts, open wounds, bandages, or infectious diseases shall be permitted in pool.
  • Proper Swim attire is required
  • No cut-offs.
  • No Smoking/Vaping Allowed in Pool Area or Building.
  • All Trespassers will be prosecuted.
  • Keep Gates Closed/Locked, All Residents have Fobs to Access
  • Night Swim is for HOA Members Only. Hours (Fri & Sat); 9:00 – 10:00 pm Adult Supervised (No Swimming allowed if the Pool Lights are not Operating). - Do Not Unlock Gates for Others that are not in your party.

Children

  • All children must be accompanied by an Adult Member (16+ years old); Never Leave Children Unattended.
  • Children wearing diapers must utilize swim diapers (defecation in the pool is a serious health and hygiene issue and must be reported to Board for immediate action.)

Conduct – Respect Other Members

  • No Diving, Running, Pushing, Fighting, Rough Play/Horse Play
  • No Foul Language/Profanity
  • Adult members are responsible for monitoring the behavior of children or guests

Pool Area

  • No Bicycles, Roller Blades, Skate Boards, Scooters allowed in area
  • No rafts, loungers in pool, all water toys use subject to available space (noodles/balls)
  • No bobby pins or other sharp items while swimming
  • No Pets of any kind
  • No unapproved electrical devices in Pool Area
  • Chairs and Tables are not reserved and are on a first-come basis. Be courteous and share.
  • Rental of clubhouse does not guarantee use of pool. Large parties twenty (20) or more restricted to Clubhouse only. No pool privileges. Small parties twenty (20) or less have non-exclusive pool privileges – please be courteous!
  • Report damaged furniture to the board

Food and Drinks

  • No Food or Drink in pool
  • No Chewing Gum
  • Glass Containers are not allowed in the gated pool area. Broken glass is a serious safety risk!
  • Please Clean Up Your Trash - We do not have a service responsible for this. Please help in maintaining the cleanliness of the pool and pool area by picking up all pool items and properly disposing of all trash so it does not get into the filter system.
  • Put Chairs back in place before leaving. Please leave the Pool Area Respectable for the next Member.

Any individual behaving inappropriately shall be asked to leave by any Member, Board or the NSTPD. Violation of rules may result in deactivation of your key and/or pool privileges being revoked. Replacement Key Fobs are $10 and can be obtained by contacting the Board Members Below Please report any signs of damage, vandalism, or poor water quality to a member of the Board for resolution. Issues requiring corrective action (i.e.; poor water conditions or equipment repair) could result in temporary pool closures without prior notice. Clubhouse, Parking Lot & Pool Areas are equipped with surveillance cameras for security.
